Groups & Private Events

Planning a group dinner or a private event? You'll find us at 12302 Beecher Street, Crescent Beach, BC — and we'd love to host your group.

For groups, we serve our Group Set Menu at $65 per person. Here's the current menu:

Starters

New England Clam Chowda

cream based with clams, potatoes, celery and onions

Cabin Salad

leafy greens with dried cranberries, cucumbers, bell peppers, feta cheese, almonds and orange cumin vinaigrette

Caesar Salad

romaine lettuce with home made baked croutons, fried capers, parmesan cheese and our own creamy dressing

Mains

Herb Infused Veggie Fillets

cauliflower and chick pea based fillets with a puttanesca sauce, served with lemongrass infused rice and vegetables

STUFFED CHICKEN

grain fed full breast of chicken stuffed with spinach and goat cheese with a mushroom cream sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

SCALLOPS & PRAWNS

grilled scallops and pan seared prawns with a sweet chili white wine sauce, served with coconut & lemongrass infused rice

ALE BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS

slow cooked boneless beef short ribs with a bourbon bbq au jus, served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

HALIBUT

herb crusted with a citrus beurre blanc, served with coconut & lemongrass infused rice and seasonal vegetables

Dessert

Chocolate Cake

a Fieldstone original, served with ice cream

CREME BRULEE

classic vanilla custard with caramelized sugar
