- beer battered cauliflower florets coated in a maple chili sauce, served with our signature Cabin ranch dressing

- salmon with penne pasta and mixed vegetables in a creamy alfredo sauce

- grilled cod, prawns and steelhead with a sweet orange ginger sauce, served with coconut white rice and vegetables

- slow cooked ale braised bonless beef short ribs with a bourgon bbq au jus, served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables
